Another month, another amazing Boxycharm. Boxycharm is a beauty subscription service that delivers 4-5 full size luxury products to your door once a month. The cost is $21 a month and I recently heard that there is now a waiting list due to growing popularity.
I absolutely love Boxycharm because each box is valued over $100. I feel like I am getting a great deal while trying out products that I maybe wouldn’t want to spend full price to try.
This months box came with an array of beauty products including eyeshadows, exfoliator, makeup brushes, a Z-Palette, and lipstick. I am really excited to give all the products a try!
The first product in the box is Dr. Brand Microdermabrasion (retail value $79). This a a exfoliator that claims to exfoliate dead skin and defy aging. I have used this product before and it is a very harsh physical exfoliator. It leaves your skin very smooth, but I do not recommend this product for sensitive skin.
The next product in the box is a Z Palette (retail value $14). Z Palettes are magnetic cases for loose eyeshadow pans.
The Z Palette is prefect to hold the next two products in the box! These are two pressed eyeshadow pans by Makeup Geek (retail $6 each). I love Makeup Geek Shadows because they are extremely creamy and blend easily.
The darker color is called Glamorous and the lighter is Beaches & Cream. I love these shades for everyday natural shadows.
I love getting brushes in subscription boxes and I am really excited to try the Royal & Langnickel Omnia Eye Kit brushes (retail value $30). The gold brush is for eyelid application and the rose gold brush is a detail brush. The brushes feel well made and I have heard great things about the brand!
The last product in my Boxycharm was a Pro Performance Lipstick by Japonesque (retail value $20). I received the lipstick in a nice nude color called. This lipstick is very moisturizing and does not bleed out of the lip line.
Overall, I was very impressed with this months Boxycharm and look forward to using them!
