I am so excited to review the Winter 2017 FabFitFun box for you! This is my first season receiving the box and I am already hooked! For $49.99 a season, you get over $250 worth of health and beauty products. It is honestly a steal.

When you get the box you also have the option to add-on more products for a deep discounted price. I chose a few products that I have been wanting to try. Let’s get into those now:

  living proof

The first product add-on I chose was the Living Proof Shampoo and Conditioner duo. I have heard great things about the brand and I picked these up for $19! They are regularly priced around $40. What a deal! So far I love this shampoo and conditioner and hope to pick up more next season if they have it as an add-on option.

organic skin doctor

I was sent this Aloe eye gel from Organic Skin Care Doctor as a complimentary add-on. This is extremely refreshing – especially when you have a sun burn! I will be keeping this to use in the summertime.

juice beauty

The next add-on I chose was the Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Cleanser. I got this for $9! I have heard great things about the brand and have been experiencing some breakouts so I wanted to give this a try. I have personally not seen much improvement. I will say that this cleanser also has a very earthy smell that is not for everyone.

The last add-on I chose was the Dr. Brandt PoreDermabrasion facial scrub. I have used the microdermabrasion version of this before and absolutely loved it so I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately, it was not as good as I expected, but I have to say that it is still a great exfoliater.

I was sent this Philips light bulb complementary and I love it! The color changes are perfect for when I film my Youtube videos. I will be purchasing more for my home office.

Now let’s get into the box itself!

bb dakota poncho

The first item in the box is this BB Dakota Poncho. The poncho comes in three color variations. You can wear it as a scarf or a poncho. I don’t have anything like this in my wardrobe, but I do live in cold Rochester so I am sure it will come in handy!

fabfitfun mug

The second item in the box is this Ayesha Curry mug that says “I’d rather be in bed” which is so me! This mug is extremely heavy and well made. It has quickly become one of my favorite mugs. There were three possible designs you could receive and they are all super cute!

This Ahava mineral hand cream is one of my winter staples. I get extremely dry hands in the winter and am always on the hunt for a good cream. This cream has a very subtle scent and is not greasy. I will be repurchasing this when I run out!

These Pointe Studio fuzzy socks are a winter dream come true! These keep my feet so warm and are perfect for cuddling up by the fire. They claim to be infused with aloe, but I personally don’t notice a difference with these compared to my regular socks.

Kate somerville exfoliate

The big ticket item this season is the Kate Somerville Exfolikate treatment. This stuff goes for a whopping $85 and is a very popular product! I love the scent and the effectiveness of the exfoliator. I will definitely have to splurge and repurchase this when I run out.

deep sleep spray

FabFitFun does give you a few choices when filling your box. One of the choice items I chose was this pillow spray from Thisworks. The spray has lavender and chamomile, two of my favorite essential oils. I spray my pillows and sheets with this stuff every night and it works wonders. I absolutely love it!

eye masks

Another choice item I chose were the energizing eye masks from Grace & Stella. These are super luxurious and perfect for nights I don’t get much sleep or am traveling. I recently put these on while on a road trip from New York to Florida and they felt so refreshing. I am glad they came in an eight pack!

The next item in the box is the 8 Other Reasons choker necklace. This necklace comes in two colors – silver and rose gold. I received the rose gold one and I am happy about it. The quality of the necklace isn’t great, but it is definitely a unique piece of my jewelry collection.

doucce eyeshadow

The last item in my box was the eyeshadow palette from Doucce. This palette comes in two variations – blacks and nudes. I received the nudes and I am happy because I don’t wear dark colors on my eyes. The eyeshadows do have quite a bit of fallout, but they are much better quality than a drugstore shadow.

Overall, I highly recommend subscribing to the FabFitFun box. For $49.99 a season or $179.99 for the whole year, you get over $250 of products in each box. You can find coupon codes online for $10 off your first purchase online.
