28 Day Challenge // No Soda or Fast Food February

28 Day Challenge // No Soda or Fast Food February

28 day challenge

Hi friends! Starting February 1st I am starting a new challenge. For the whole month I will not be drinking any soda or eating any fast food. This may seem easy to some of you, but for me it is going to be hard, realllly hard. I like to drink soda about once a week, usually when I eat out. The soda part honestly won’t be that hard for me. I really enjoy water and drink a ton of it all day. The part that is going to be difficult is the fast food part.

I eat fast food more than I care to admit. On days that I work late or days I forget my lunch it is so easy for me to just say “let’s get McDonald’s or Wendy’s”. This has definitely had a toll on my waistline these past few months.

The reason I want to do this challenge is to feel better, lose weight, and prepare myself for my first ever Whole30 that I will be doing in March (don’t worry I will keep you all posted on that journey)! On the Whole30 you really cannot have any fast food or soda drinks since you cut out sweeteners. I didn’t want to cut everything out at the same time so I thought that this challenge would help me ease into the process.

I hope you will join me on this challenge and we can encourage each other in the comments and on Instagram. Β Follow me @apieceofmytart on Instagram to keep posted. xx.
