Broccolini is one of my favorite vegetables. If you don’t know what broccolini is, it is simply a hybrid between regular broccoli and Chinese broccoli. Broccolini has a long stalk so if you are someone who loves the stalks of broccoli, I definitely recommend you try it!
I have been trying to eat more vegetables and this side dish makes it easy. Broccolini cooks quicker than regular broccoli and has a satisfying snap that regular broccoli just doesn’t have. I will love this vegetable till the day I die. Ok, that sounds a little crazy, but it is seriously one of my go to veggies.
This recipe is super quick and simple which makes it perfect for weeknight dinners. All you have to do is boil the broccolini, drain the water, and then quickly sauté the broccolini in garlic and olive oil.
